Breaking: Lamido, 16 Other PDP Guber Candidates Visit Wike In Rivers
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, received at least seventeen Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidates at his private residence in Port Harcourt today, Naija News understands.
Leading the politicians to meet the PDP chieftain is the party’s governorship flag-bearer in Jigawa State, Mustapha Sule Lamido. In the list also is the party’s governorship candidate in Kaduna State, Isa Ashiru and his Katsina State counterpart, Yakubu Lado Danmarke, among others. The agenda of the meeting currently underway is yet to be made public. This, however, could be connected to the crisis rocking the party a few months ahead of the 2023 general elections.
