Breaking: Labour Party, Obi Drags INEC, Tinubu, APC To Court Over Election Results
The Labour Party and it’s Presidential candidate in February, 25th 2023 general election in Nigeria, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi has kicked off a legal challenge against the decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the result of the polls.
In a file dated 3rd March 2023, Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party is challenging the result of the election by the INEC.
The party, therefore, seeks Court’s intervention.
