APGA Crises: Jude Okeke’s Faction Claims legitimacy Despite Supreme Court Judgement.

Despite the Supreme Court affirming Victor Oye as the authentic National Chairman of All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, in its judgement on October 14th 2021, Jude Okeke continues to claim legitimacy to the chairmanship of the party.

In a letter dated 14th October 2021, the faction clearly stated that APGA is still under the leadership of Jude Okeke, adding that the supreme Court didn’t nullify the chairmanship of the party.

It also stated that what the supreme Court nullified was the judgement of Kanu Appeal Court on the ground that issues of political party leadership tussle is non-justiciable.

It further argued that such declaration did not confer on Oye the chairman of the party.

It also stated that a meeting shall be called to resolve all the pending leadership issues in the party, urging the members to hold fast and remain resolute.
