Annual Award Ceremony: NECO Sets to Award Ifebube Chelsea, Overall Best Candidate in 2023 SSCE Internal

The annual Award Ceremony would fixture Award of Excellence to Miss Chelsea as the overall best female Student in the 2023 SSCE Examination.

The National Examination Council NECO has announced Miss Benson Ifebube Chelsea as the overall best female candidate in the 2023 Senior Secondary Certificate Examination.

NECO made this known via an invitation sent to Miss Chelsea to the annual award ceremony on the 16th of November 2023.

Benson Ifebube Chelsea made 9 distinctions in English language, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Further-maths Physics, and others to clinch the overall best female candidate in this year’s SSCE internal.
