What led to Ada Jesus’ death. See the story that got people reacting.

The social media community was, recently, saturated with horrid news of the demise of a social media comedienne, Ginikachukwu Nnadi, popularly known by her stage name, Ada Jesus.

The news generated a wave of conflicting reactions from both those who knew her during her lifetime and those who learnt about her after her demise.

While one camp believes she died of kidney disease, the other believes that her death was diabolically engineered, while a few other believes that her death was precipitated by her recklessness.

Whichever side you want to pitch your tent on, the truth is that her medical diagnosis revealed that she suffered from kidney failure. This was also confirmed by Ada Jesus in one of the videos she posted while she was alive, in which she stated that she had been long diagnosed with the disease. Kidney disease has always been a life-threatening disease which the only remedy, sometimes, is kidney transplant.

However, before the sudden escalation of her health problems, she was reported to have been stuck in dissension with two spiritually steeped men- Ofiafuluagu of Chi marine Temple and Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanemere aka Odumeje, and also with a prominent actress, Rita Edochie.

The reports have it that she outrightly accused them of being fake spiritual men. In retaliation, Ofiafuluagu was seen in a viral social media video with some magical object apparently laying curses on the late comedienne. On the other flip Prophet Odumeje was reported to have said in one of his social media videos that he has gone to the mountain where he imprecated the comedienne.

Nevertheless, few days before her demise, Ada Jesus was reported to have visited these two men in their various places of worship where she asked for forgiveness. While Ofiafulugo granted her instant pardon and did some incantations to removed the supposed imprecations on her and also gave her one hundred thousand for her medical expenses, Odumeje who was initially reluctant, was later said to have released a video where he publicly stated that he had forgiven her and also gave her the sum of one million Naira, which was reported to have been rejected by the family.

As it is, it is difficult to have a unanimous view on what led to Ada Jesus demise. Whether she died of kidney failure or was killed by the curses laid on her by the spiritual men she dared remain a subject of controversy.

Ada Jesus may have gone, but the dust raised by her death is yet to settle.
