Distinguished, Ebubechukwu-uzo Nnewi, the news of your death came as a shocker, a nightmarish dream we have been praying to wake up from. “Life is indeed a fleeting, like a passing mist. It’s like trying to catch hold of a breath; All vanishes like a vapour…”

Your loss feels immeasurably, but so do the legacies that you left behind.

Ikemba, your departure is a huge loss not only to All Progressives Congress, Ndị Nnewi, Anambra South Senatorial Zone, Ndị Anambra; to whom you impacted and touched their lives philanthropically, but also to Nigeria and the 10th Assembly of the Senate.

To your people, Ebubechukwu-uzo, you were a tower of strength, source of succor, hope; and a committed provider.

Though your demise could best be described as “Sunset at Noon” , yet, we cannot question God but to rather accept it as a necessary end for all mortals.
Be assured of our prayers for the peaceful repose of your heroic soul and for God to comfort and preserve all you left behind.
