Anambra Election Results: See Who Is Currently Leading.

There’s a spasm of mixed feelings as the results of the governorship election in Anambra state trickle in.

Currently, two local governments out of the twenty-one local governments of the state have been announced. They are Dunukofia and Onitcha South.

In Dunukofia, the total number of registered voters is seventy-four thousand eight hundred and fifty-five. One thousand one hundred and thirty-four voters were accredited. APC polled a total number of one thousand nine hundred and ninthy-one votes. Four thousand one hundred and twenty-four voters voted for APGA. While PDP polled one thousand six hundred and eighty votes.

In Onitsha South, a total number of one hundred and fifty-six thousand seven hundred and seventy-five voters were registered. Nine thousand four hundred and six voters were accredited. Two thousand and fifty votes went to APC. Four thousand two hundred and eighty-four votes to APGA. PDP polled two thousand two hundred and fifty-three. While YPP polled a total number of two hundred and seventy one votes.

With this, Charles Soludo of APGA is currently leading with few thousand of votes.
