2023: Fresh Blow For Tinubu Over Muslim-Muslim Ticket

Following the news being circulated on the various social media fora over the reversed position of the Christian Association of Nigeria CAN, on the lingering controversy over Muslim – the Muslim ticket for the 2023 presidential election, groups have endorsed the association on what could be described as a display of fairness and justice for all.

Given the foregoing, the Knight of Saint Mulumba, Nigeria, has thrown its weight behind the position of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, on the Muslim/Muslim ticket of the All Progressives Congress APC.

The Catholic knights joined the Christian binding Association of Nigeria to oppose the Muslim/Muslim ticket of APC.

According to the association, since the body is a party to the Christian organization, any decision taken is consequently binding on them.

It could be recalled that CAN had firmly opposed the issue of same faith ticket as adopted by the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, Bola Tinubu

Meanwhile, fielding questions from journalists yesterday in Abuja, the Worthy Metropolitan Grand Knight, Knight of Saint Mulumba, KSM, Nigeria, Michael Aule, said his members were in support of whatever position CAN has taken on the same faith matter.
